6- Sinjar cement factory lines
Acontract had been singned with the Romanian company uzine export-import by the ministry of industry and minerals and the project achieved under the supervison of the stat company for design and industrial constraction and continued slowly until 1990 , but the Romanian company failed in achieving the items of the contract which related with the experimental working of this factory .
The contract includes afounding of two lines with in aproductive capacity reachs (6400) tons / day work by adry process on the basis of (3200) tons per-line but in the wake of gulf war the Romanian company departed Iraq and the factory stopped until 1993 .
There after the factory had been supplemented with the Northern cement state company and it was unfinished there for this company took this responsibility on their shoulders and formed atechnical start to finish the uncompelete item after they made ashift in the designated capacities to apply with the supplied devices and equipment efficiency which belongs to the Romanian company at the end of 1993 and 1994 .
